Mr. Srijan Mishra is presently associated with DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, GOI as a Young Professional. He has previous experience of working at the Supreme Court of India and with the DPIIT-IPR Chair at the Maharashtra National Law University Nagpur. Mr. Mishra has completed his LLM from the Maharashtra National Law University Nagpur with the University Gold Medal and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with IPR specialization from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam.

He is also pursuing his Ph.D. from Maharashtra National Law University Nagpur. He has experience of interning with IPR teams of prestigious law firms like Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Wadia Ghandy & Co., and Nishith Desai Associates. Mr. Srijan has published papers in various SCOPUS journals and presented papers at various National and International conferences. He has also attended and participated in International academic events like the Critical Legal Conference organized by the University of Kent, United Kingdom in 2016, The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Vienna in the year 2018. Mr. Mishra has been an avid mooter and has judged various competitions including India & Asia Regional Virtual Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, 2021.
